Order Policy

Ladies, please understand that this is a pre-launch collection! All proceeds of this project is going into the support of our official relaunch. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! NO refunds, NO exchanges, NO switches, NO reorders! 


Shipping & Processing Times

In addition to a 3-5 day processing time, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered to you. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY!


Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped out, we will email you a tracking order to the email you provided during checkout. The tracking number we give to you will be activated in 24 hours or less.


Lost Orders & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for lost orders, delays in delivery, or orders sent to the wrong address on your part. If you are experiencing any delivery problems, please contact USPS with your tracking number to solve your issue. We no longer have control over your package once we have turned it over to USPS. Sorry for any inconveniences.
